Originally from Cuba, Pedro is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer since 2015 helping numerous people achieve their goals. If he is not running a class he can certainly be found joining in one or running at Parkrun with friends. Pedro previously worked as a support worker, helping those with difficulties. His caring & supportive nature is what makes him an excellent personal trainer.

Sports Massage Pricing

Pre Event Massage

£20  20 minutes


Pre event massage increases blood circulation, flexibility. Pre event massage is a short and specific massage treatment undertaken before a workout, competition or sporting performance. 

Maintenance Massage

£40 1 hour
£60  1 hr 30 - full body


This type of massage takes place in between training sessions and the aim is to work on specific areas to prevent injury. 

Post Event  Massage Treatment

This involves the application of a range of massage techniques to assist recovery from activities.
